Cloud Computing
Cloud computing involves delivering different types of services over the Internet. From software and analytics to secure and safe data storage and networking resources, everything can be delivered via the cloud.
By using cloud storage, we don’t have to store the information on our own hard drive. Instead, we can access it from any location and download it onto any device of our choice, including laptops , tablets and smartphones.
There are different types of cloud computing services available to suit different needs. While some cater to individual users who want to store photos, documents, and videos, others are destined for companies that need extensive platforms to develop IT applications.
Cloud computing is device independent because cloud computing resources can be accessed not just from any computer on the Internet, but also any type of computer. Provided that it has an Internet connection and a web browser, it really does not matter if the computer being used is a traditional desktop or laptop PC, or a tablet, smartphone or smart TV. Such devices are independent and that is also a killer feature of cloud computing because it means that users can move between computing devices such as their work PC, home PC, laptop and tablet without having to worry that they will always have access to the latest versions of their files.

Cloud Virtualization is another important aspect of a cloud system that facilitates the efficient delivery of cloud computing services. Virtualization technology provides organizations with a tool that promotes high levels of availability, scalability and reliability; in terms of the cloud systems or cloud computing technology that an enterprise can access to meet its information technology needs. Virtualization is also a very important component of cloud computing technology for the purposes of disaster recovery and fail-over support.
